Quite decent work life balance

- Very poor leadership, people are afraid to speak up and voice their opinion. - Lack of direction, unclear of what the management wanted. Direction may change every week depending on whatever strike them fancy. - Terrible leader, have a tendency to boil the ocean and never make any decisions just because he has no clue of the business context. He will also throw you under the bus when he needs to.
