Pros
Extremely hard working team members.
Cons
I would strongly advise anyone considering working for or engaging with this company to think very carefully.
Although contracts state 9–5 working hours, there is a consistent expectation to remain in the office until at least 6pm, with many team members regularly staying until 10 or 11pm. Weekend work is frequently expected, often both days. These additional hours are unpaid, and if they are not delivered, the company questions your commitment.
The workplace culture is extremely concerning. I personally witnessed repeated verbal abuse from the CEO toward members of the sales team in the office.
There is no HR department or independent person to raise concerns with, leaving employees without support when issues arise.
Senior management is particularly poor. Instead of taking responsibility, new or hardworking employees are often used as scapegoats to protect leadership. Concerns raised in advance are ignored, only to become urgent crises later — at which point employees are expected to sacrifice evenings and entire weekends fixing problems they previously tried to prevent.
There have also been multiple instances where employees were not paid their notice period after leaving. Several individuals reportedly had to pursue legal assistance to recover money owed to them.
For the sake of your mental health and wellbeing, I would not recommend working for, or doing business with this company.
