Pros
I’ve had the chance to work on genuinely interesting problems at the intersection of art, finance, technology, and operations. The work is not repetitive; there are always real business problems to solve, and there is a lot of room to build tools, improve processes, and take ownership.
The people are a major strength. Teams are collaborative, smart, and generally willing to jump in when something needs to get figured out. I’ve also appreciated that individual contributors can have meaningful impact here, especially if they are proactive and comfortable working across functions.
The office, lunches, and overall environment are also strong positives, but for me the biggest benefit has been the ability to work on complex operational systems and actually see the impact of the work.
Cons
Because the company moves quickly, processes and documentation can sometimes lag behind the pace of the work. Some teams are lean, so there can be a lot of context switching and ownership can occasionally be unclear until someone steps in and drives it.
