Pros
Great benefits Salary is very competitive comparing to the workload Non-challenging work hours with good work-life balance Decent support from regional and global teams
Cons
Very, very political especially at the country level Country manager. You need to do a lot of kissing up if you are in the country market. Favortism is common. If your direct boss loves you , you get the good accounts and all the supports. Your accounts will be the priority if the boss favors you. And any customer complaints will be ignored and in some cases. You will get tons of supports even in terms of new hires to help you do the jobs that you should have been able to complete yourself. If the boss doesnt like you, you get a ton of griefs. Company's benefits are discriminatly applied at country level. Same company....same position.....same country, but the country head can refuse to grant you certain benefits but not to your colleagues. Escalation and reports of inappropriate activities do not work, not in the reporter's favor.
