Pros
It started off as a "family" environment on the surface. Offered a good bonus and commissions package.
Cons
Quickly you realize that the "family" environment is all a facade. The salary was far below the job position and my experience which would have been offset by the bonuses and commissions. However, I never received the commissions that were owed me. This company still owes me thousands of dollars and I am forced to seek this through civil action.
