The many company mergers and acquisitions have made for a disorganized and dysfunctional organization with lack of vision for growth. I had 5 managers over the course of 1 year.
The leadership is antiquated in there strategy and way behind competitors in the industry always trying to catch-up. The ability to get creative approved and into rotation is always delayed due to the arduous product and legal approval process and the constant change in strategy or a new reward card offer being thrown into the market to drive product sales.
