Pros

Used to get a great employee discount. Not anymore

Cons

You are overworked and micromanaged. No room for advancement. RMT’s call in sick a lot and you have to reschedule a lot of people. (Clients take out their disappointment in you) You are responsible for a lot, and there is no real breaks provided. You have to do laundry with no help. You are required to clean.(on top of everything else) People constantly quit or are let go so there is A LOT of turnover with reception.

Flexible hours Always have clients, so always busy

Cons

Lower than normal hourly pay Very difficult to see the same client to treat their condition. Piece meal therapy.
