Awesome benefits OUTSIDE of the medical, which is difficult to accept and very expensive - one option only - take it or leave it
Cons
Like any big corporation, lots of internal politics. Very tenured employee base, some of whom seem to benefit from a double standard. Certain managers should be held accountable for their lack of professionalism and inability to work with others in a collaborative manner - but they often are given a pass.
