MassChallenge is a great place to start my career because it gave me access to founders, investors, and all kinds of programming. I have a better idea of how startups work, and it's made me want to work for an early stage startup. Would recommend to college grads and young professionals who want to get the fast paced, insider view.
Cons
Accelerators are trying to find their foothold in the world now that they are more commonplace, and the number of VCs have drastically risen too. There is a bit of soul searching and innovation needed to move forward, which is also an opportunity for those who want to shape the future of startup support orgs.
