Great management, great co workers. True patients first attitude. Consistantly have everything needed to perform each and every surgery.

Would love to have increased case load.

The people that you get to work with on a day to day basis are truly incredible and have lots of talent.

Lots of red tape to get anything done in an innovative way. Senior leadership does not have clear direction for the future. Lot's of RIF's every 6 months to a year.
