Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re glad to hear that you had positive relationships with our teaching and front desk teams - we agree that they’re an incredible group of people, and we’re proud of the friendships and community that often grow within our team.
That said, we do want to respectfully clarify a couple points mentioned in your review. We have never paid a management team member less than our receptionist team - pay is determined based on role responsibilities, experience, and market rates, and we work hard to ensure our compensation structure reflects that.
We support open, honest conversations about pay when it comes to your own compensation. However, we ask that team members respect each other’s privacy and avoid sharing or speculating about others’ pay rates unless that person has chosen to share it directly. Protecting individual privacy helps us foster trust and professionalism across the team
