Lack of empathy, micro management in some cases, second guessing your work and ability. NO REGARD to peoples health physically and mentally. Their lack of mental health awarenes and how to manage and deal with it. Little to no support to management or those in authority. Dont listen to their staf especially when it comes to ideas and thinking outside the box....left with anti-deppresants and counseling.
