I love that Mary Kay gives me the flexibility to work whenever I want to. You truly do get out what you put in.
Cons
You must be extremely self motivated to be successful because it is a 100% sales based business. It is also unpredictable because you can't make expectations on how much cosmetics people will or will not buy.
