Work life balance is good, and salary is above avg market. Great bonus and profit sharing in good years; health plan is good
Cons
People there like to pretend being busy but gossip around all the time. Office politics is really bad. Felt like being in a high school with those mean girls around. Being picked on by bad manager/director who lack fundamental management skills and do not learn. Hierarchy is stressed on a lot. Really old school culture.
