You get to advance at your own pace. You move up when you decide you're ready to take that next step! It fits very nicely into your life around church, family, and any other jobs you might have. The company encourages you to put God and your family first. Where else in corporate America do you get that kind of encouragement?
Cons
There is no boss telling you what to do. That means you need to be responsible for yourself! That's not really a downside, just something that might hinder people who don't have a lot of drive. I, personally, love being my own boss! It is fantastic!
