Nepotism at its best. Blacks don't have much of a chance for advancement. Latins and Whites and tenured people will always be the first in advancement regardless of how talented and knowledgeable you are. The values Mary Kay had are long lost now. Understandably, times have changed also but fresh knowledgeable management will be a great start for the better.
