Pretty good work environment. The people that work here are great people. Benefits package is exceptional.

HR acts like they own the company and has their nose in everything. Org chart is very flat. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Bonuses and raises have been microscopic or nonexistent the last few years. There are obvious favorites in the company. Layoffs have been completely nonsensical in execution.
