      Gli orari di lavoro sono precisi, capita raramente di lavorare oltre l'orario. I manager sono persone cortesi e sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. Appena sono arrivato mi hanno subito messo all'interno del team.

      Cons

      Non penso di averne trovati, sicuramente è una piccola realtà quindi la remunerazione ( come anche lo stress e lo sforzo nel lavoro) non è altissima.

      Pros

      The Martec Group is a great company to work for. The people are extremely hard working, intelligent, and care about the work. There is plenty of room for growth and opportunity, exposing analysts to lots of people, industries, and companies that have helped me in my career.

      Cons

      You may need to learn quickly about niche industries, but I think this is a positive thing as it keeps the work feeling fresh and non-stagnant.
