Pros
They are very flexible with hours. I worked their while I was in high school and in my first two years of college. They were very understanding with my schedule and how it often needed to be adjusted.
Cons
General retail customer complaints and upper management pushes their TJX Credit Cards too much and makes unattainable quotas with them.
