Within the dealership, it starts at the top with a spiteful, soulless, rude and arrogant individual who makes zero effort to communicate with staff on any kind of personal level unless based on malice. Those leading the Service and Accounts departments are equally hostile and abhorrent. Their detestable mannerisms seem to be contagious here and manages to sum up this outfit to a tee. In all my years, I have never encountered people as unpleasant, as inhumane, and as determined to create an awkward, suffocating environment, where even a 'hello' or 'how are you?' are unheard of. The company itself treats its staff as expendable statistics, pay them as little as they can legally get away with, consistantly threatens them with fines and penalties, and offers very little for the two-hundred-plus monthly hours they dedicate from their lives. With these elements combined, it's extremely challenging to come into work with any degree of positivity. So relieved to put these people, this company, and 'Marshall Law' behind me.
