Mars promotes from within, trains heavily, and provides a comfortable benefits package that is competitive with most companies.
Cons
Site specific cons are constantly changing plant management as they advance their careers and move to other locations every couple years, lack of accountability in performance and daily routines, and implementation of new processes that don't stick because of the previous two things.
