Incompetent "Advertising Agency" Company - Graphic Designer Marque Media Employee Review

I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such nice and supportive people. Working with them by my side comes easy. We’re working on a wide variety of projects which keeps our work interesting. Perfect work growing your network or gaining new and valuable experiences and skills. The company doesn’t hesitate when it comes to promotions. As long as you’re working, putting in the effort, and take your job seriously, you should have no issues advancing in this company.

Any slight issues we might have are quickly fixed by our management. I have no complaints.

Not much. Disorganized processes. Very start up setting without potential to grow.

People come and go way too often and I realized it's because salary is always delayed and not just by days, but by months. I didn't get paid for 5 months and they removed my access right away when I complained so I cannot contact them anymore to follow up on my salary.
