Being an early age startup, please do not expect a good work life balance. Won't count this as a con, but can be a pointer.

Pros
There are some nice people here.
HR is a very comfortable person to talk to.
Employee engagement activities are good.
Cons
High turn over rate. People are treated like machines here.
Poor upper management.
They make the transition difficult when you want to leave.
Favouritism
Project management is not good.
Strict and difficult to follow rules.
Hiring and firing policy. No matter how good you are. Here you can get fired for not being a pet.
Don’t believe all the reviews here. They’re mostly madeup. Go else where if you want to work for good people.
Marmeto offers a dynamic and growth-driven environment where employees get to work on diverse e-commerce projects, especially within the Shopify ecosystem. The culture encourages collaboration, learning, and innovation, making it a great place to build technical and creative skills. The team is supportive, and the company’s fast-paced nature ensures constant exposure to new challenges and technologies.
Cons
The workload can become intense during tight project timelines, and compensation may not always match the pace of work. As the company continues to scale, some internal processes are still evolving, which can create occasional ambiguity in roles or workflows. Career progression and benefits could be more structured to better retain and motivate long-term talent.
