Commuincation could be slightly improved

I think the job is great , there is a lot of driving at times but time goes by quickly when with good company. All the colleagues i work with are great lads, all the lads help each other when the occasion arises. The office staff are great from HR to managers.

The work is hard at times but with the help from the team it make it a little easier. There's a lot of heavy lifting but with team effort it makes it easy.
