Pros
I've never done anything in marketing but I joined this company by chance. and left for personal pursuit. My role was not limited to job description, vibrant and dynamic. These things can be bad to someone but worked for me. Peoples are nice enough to enjoy work and beyond work life. Overall, quite satisfied with my 2 years in MarketOne.
Cons
Moved from 100 years old mature corporate to this young company, system and process are not there yet but they are trying to improve as far as I've seen. Perhaps, they can valuate their current people to get motivated more.
