Company Review - Anonymous employee Market Matters Employee Review

Company had a younger workforce although the company workplace were often full of swearing like your typical financial investment setting although the reception ladies were nice.

The company had given me an offer late last year around August of 2015 as a Sales/ Stock market consultant from the director himself but when I worked worked 2 x 8 hour shift from them I asked him when I will get my contract that usually includes my base rate , hours worked per week roles and responsibilities etc he always said "next time" so the third time I worked I asked him again at the end of the third shift he said next time again I decided not to work again with the company due to this reason after than i had contacted the director about chasing up my pay via Email he than didn't respond.

Easy to work with the crew, I was in there from the beginning and able to work remotely. Found it easy to communicate with the directors. Directors always listen and always open to ideas. Felt good to help customers.

Self Motivation and you have to get out of bed to work there.
