Cons

I worked here for about 6 and a half months and left about a month and a half ago. Very cult-like atmosphere and the turnover rate is horrible. All this talk about promotion and growth but very little action. Set up like a multi level pyramid scheme which I was exposed to during the several different meetings we would attend once I was past the entry level. Hard to get quality individuals to be interested because they do not want to stand in Sam's club or drive hours to their assigned store.

I am 100% confident that the billion dollar corporations did their homework before partnering with us. I am also confident that they wouldn't partner with a "pyramid" company. At no time did we ask you for money. You had a guaranteed base plus we gave you bonuses as you performed above and beyond. We hope you find a company that is better suited. Good luck.
