Where do I even start... - Everytime people meet internally for lunch or coffee breaks, nothing positive comes out of it because everyone is just so tired of the company - Next-gen software was supposed to be fully delivered by June 2018, then September 2018, December 2018, March 2019, June 2019...and so the story goes... - Big clients pissed off due to the missed deadlines and poor quality and threaten to leave the company - People leaving in a flock due to burnout. Goodbye emails from colleagues every day, but no one ever really talks about how many people left the company. Lack of transparency from HR and management about this topic (for people who want to join: THINK TWICE. Why would so many people leave the company in a year if it's really healthy?) - CEO sends emails about new logos all the time, but no one ever talks about the logos lost - So-called " customers first" is nothing but an abuse of employees time to deliver against promises that management made, which were unrealistic to begin with. Overtime not compensated because they "measure based on outcome", but the outcome targeted for you is again, unrealistic to begin with - Many incompetent people stay in the company for so long and don't know anything else outside the company, because what the company calls 'consulting' really is a joke and nothing but managing pissed off clients and escalating bugs to development - Toxic micro-managing and ad-hoc culture because people don't know what they're doing. People at the lower end of the chain end up having to put extra effort to compensate for the clueless management. Putting out fire everyday - CEO instills fear among people because of his micromanagement style, nobody knows what the CTO is doing, and Service leadership contributing to an all-time high rate of people leaving the company - HR pulled some funny tricks to dismiss people and offered a non-German speaker a 2 month severance package IN GERMAN. Dirty tricks under the table - SVP Product left, Chief AI left, and 4-5 other people in product (out of a department with only 10 people). Massive exodus everywhere - No development budget for most departments because they don't care for people - Finally there is a worker's council fighting for the oppressed workers
