Market Hardware Defines Team Work - Account Management Market Hardware Employee Review

Market Hardware was a really well run organization up until the last 6 months or so. Changes in leadership/management have unfortunately created a lot of issues and the company's vision is not as clear as it was previously. It's too bad because the company had so much potential with the previous leadership regime.

New leadership does not appear to be thinking long-term or strategically.

The best part about Market Hardware is that you're exposed to so many different company functions, and you get to work with pretty much everyone there on various projects, including the CEO, who is happy to give career advice and direction at all times.

Only con is that while noone is required to work long hours, there seems to be an expectation that in order to get more responsibility, you have to stay late some nights. Not absurdly late, but an extra hour or two here or there.
