Where to start? Marken has grown a lot over the last few years and has some serious growth pains like high turnover, lack of training, outdated systems which make problems worse, and quality issues to name a few issues. The quality department specifically is understaffed and overburdened with issues along with turnover at the highest levels of the organization. Do yourself a favor and work somewhere else that supports employees and promotes career growth. You will NOT get this at Marken.
