Senior Recruiting Manager - Senior Recruiter Mark/Ryan Associates Employee Review

After 4.5 years working at Mark/Ryan Associates, I knew there was no other firm better to work for in this industry. I took a recruiting position with them in 2012 because of their philosophy, culture, and how they represented themselves as a company. I was not a “submit and forget” type of recruiter and they fit who I was as a professional. They truly bring quality and professional service to a whole new level whether you are a company looking for a reliable agency to help you source qualified candidates or a candidate looking for a recruiter who will listen to your needs and do their best to match you with the best possible company to fit those needs. I will always recommend Mark/Ryan to any company seeking a firm that will build a long-lasting relationship and work diligently on your temp, temp-hire or permanent positions in accounting, finance, IT or office administration as well as any candidate in those fields who are looking for a more personal experience with a recruiter they feel they can trust to have their best interests in mind. I choose to go the internal route with my career, but I can guarantee there is no better firm to work with as we currently use them in my new position as well! I was honored to be a part of the Mark/Ryan family and no firm will ever compare.

They only con I can think of is that they are a smaller more boutique firm, so there is a chance you haven't heard much about Mark/Ryan Associates. If this is the case, my advise is to reach out to them and find out for yourself, you won't be disappoint.
