The floor managers are great unfortunately too many of the staff have left as a result of this change.

The tip-out is astronomically High. You have to pay 7% on subtotal of sales and taxes paid by customers which is unheard of in all my years of serving. Then you'll be taxed on the remainder of your tips and paid out every two weeks. So this works out to be more like eight and a half percent not seven. The people who run head office are the biggest morons
