Pros
The office culture was very inclusive and welcoming. The staff cared very much about design quality and there was constant engagement between designers and administration staff. Everyone was highly competent in their craft, and I learned a lot during my time there.
Cons
The work hours felt draining sometimes but I still went there mostly for the learning opportunities and the experience.
