Pros

MarineMax is the largest boat retailer in the nation. While this provides us the obvious advantages of a larger company such as a large service network, access to inventory, locations, training, leadership, etc. MarineMax believes in their mission statement and it shows in every day interaction with clients and team members. We are a large company that has always felt to me like an individually owned family business that truly cares about the community, their customers, and their team members. It's nice to know that what you tell your client will also be backed by your company. MarineMax mission is to provide the world's best pleasure boating experience by consistently exceeding the greatest expectations of our customers, team members, and shareholders. If you're considering a career with MarineMax, my advice would be to read the mission statement. If this is something you can get behind, something you can believe in, and something you want to be a part of... this is the company for you! Every location strives for this mission. At all levels of our company.

Cons

Our showroom is outdoors and weather does not always cooperate. :-)
