- job security is better than the average - most people don’t really care about performance

- no technical guidance, top down mandate to use AI without any idea on how to - nobody cares about training - “old boys club” kind of feel, if you’re not part of the old guard or good friends with someone, then no career for you - most sub teams are an absolute joke with absolutely incompetent managers that are there just because they’ve been around forever (QA, cybersec)
