Pros
Employees are thoughtful, work hard and do their best for company and customers. Managers are reasonable with employees having health issues.
Cons
Pay for non-salaried is well below average or posted on signs , Years go by with no yearly increase. When questioned, employees are told it's not in budget. The few that actually insist may receive a 50 cent/hr increase but hours are cut drastically. We are not Union. Many customers are bullys.
