His communication style is rude and impulsive, often resulting in employees being offended. He has no respect for anyone in the organisation and does not trust anyone other than himself, hence the extremely high staff turnover. He is unable to commit to anything, resulting in ever changing product direction and deadlines - this is unsustainable and a huge waste of money for the business, and means employees are constantly frustrated.
