Planning, managing and controlling all factory functonal departments to ensure that producton output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management. Ensuring all producton within the factory is achieving the outputs targets in terms of quantty, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards Preparing weekly producton reports on achieved/lookiahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the project management team. Controlling all the departments/producton lines in the factory to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control Overseeing the operaton, programming and maintenance of imported machinery. Maintaining logbooks and upkeep of machines and developing/training operators for each specifc machine Well versed in the management of factory operatons and imported machineries and plants for marble and granite producton industry He should update the forecast planning schedule. He should prepare the cutng orders when received with drawing with actual site measurements and cross check for wastage. Need to schedule the shop foor producton. He should monitor records and update the producton related documents. He should keep a track on Machine consumables on stock.
