      Treat their employees well. Flexible with schedules etc. Allow professionals to practice their profession.

      Cons

      Many meetings. There are too many programs designed to help employees set goals and improve their skills. These should be evaluated to see what is most beneficial and eliminate those that provide little positive return.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
