I cannot come up with any pros. As someone else here is saying the family maybe looks their workers like slaves.
Cons
The company especially Ashish J Thakkar doesn’t care about employees’ life. All what somebody wrote for him in his book isn’t really what the company is trying to achieve or has as a philosophy. How he looks outside and inside are totally different. If you get any offer from him or the company, really you’d better reconsider whether the company really is worth ruining your your family’s life. - salary not paid in full or in time - the company doesn’t care if what is promised in the contract isn’t fulfilled - lack of management system and resources - no cash to run daily business - no longer have an office at Burj Khalifa - give false info very casually to whoever What the founder Ashish J Thakkar is interested is to get connected with big names, maintain and show off his luxurious life, and talk the talk traveling first class when employees are suffering not being paid for a few months.
