Pros
I was excited to work there, everyone seemed really nice in the beginning. I actually knew a handful of people having grown up in Salem. The on boarding went really smoothly. I can't remember the HR womans name, it was an unusual name, anyway, she was great. Always super helpful and responded to emails/dm's quickly.
Cons
I ended up in grey cubicle land, staring at a computer with my back to everyone. It was uncomfortable having my back so open. There were other departments on the same floor but you never saw them. No one tallks to eachother. You get DM's from people who sit two desks away. You never see the department managers. You'll get the assistant department manager going to the assistant manager to relay whatever the department managers bug is. Employees will "tattle" on eachother for things that aren't even related to work and then turn around and be nice to your face.
About a month in I knew it wasn't the place for me. People clearly love working there, they have a lot of people who've been there for decades. It just wasn't the environment for me.
