      -Great place to work and exposure of new technologies. -Good team and will give maximum support in learning new technologies and to work on new domains. - Can balance our work and personal life.

      - Good learning curve - Freedom to innovate - Interesting and challenging job - Hardworking team

      Cons

      - Perks and facilities not too great - Need more work delegation from Management - Lack of mentorship and hence very few opportunities for freshers
