Bad management good company - Consultant Maplesoft Group Employee Review

Free parking. Nice looking office.

This was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. The proposal team is run like a sweatshop. You work 60 hours a week, with zero training or positive reinforcement. You are responsible for the losses, no matter what circumstances were at play. The account managers are never in the office and are off gallivanting, golfing, or on a vacation every month. The pay was atrocious. Never ever ever work here.

I've been working here for almost 8 years and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. No micro-managing here, understanding and caring bosses, strong talent throughout company. Great work atmosphere that makes me want to wake up every day and head to work!
