      Pay is good, good comraderie between CNAs & some nurses, free food, good work flow even if understaffed

      Cons

      Nurses think they're above doing cares Management ignores floor needs Beds and call light system is outdated Benefits are too expensive & have limited network providers Little to no notice to last second schedule changes/make it hard to change availability (if they even stick to it)

      Management is great and works well with staff. April the CNA coordinator is amazing!

      There is not a mini highland cow with the goats.

      Everything about management is awful. They blame every problem on the CNAs and nurses and it's issues administration should be handling.
