Pros

Coworkers are all okay guys and are helpful to one another. Can't think of a single other pro regarding working at this place.

Cons

No reviews, no raises, no praises. Owner walks around saying, "If you don't like it here, quit. I'll hire another monkey tomorrow to take your place." No respect for employees. No employee manual. Vacation policy is not written and every time you try to schedule the time you've earned, you are told it is violating some rule. Can't take the first or last week of the month, can't take a holiday week, can't take more than one week at a time. Take my advise and go on unemployment before you consider working here.

Pros

The title says it all! 100% a team effort from sales to service to management and Mazda make sure you have all the tools and training to be as successful as you want. Salary plus commission from dealer and Mazda! Paid training, best hours around, demo offered, and insurance is reasonably priced. Everyone has their own job and it runs like a well-oiled machine. There is a reason multiple managers have been here over 20 years and multiple sales consultants have been here over 10 years. I've worked the chop shop dealers before where you are just a number. This store has been a breath of fresh air in an already difficult profession.

Cons

Hours are long if you are not used to it. ( owner does buy dinner 3 or 4 times a week, not just Sat) THANK YOU!
