Pros
Depending who you get, they have some great managers. Some of the people in HR are really there for you (most have been fired now). If you stay on good graces of executive management, you will never be let go.
Cons
Salaries are low. Executives are highly paid and do not care about employees. They also can't agree on anything, on will make a promise then another will contradict. Their future outlook is bleak. They let too many good employees slip through the cracks and get rid of the good ones.
