0. The company size was 250 employee but currently they have 80 or less than that. In 2 years they are rapidly fired employee. Join at your own risk. Job security is myth here. 1. Salary is not on time 2 months delay of salary is a very common and new normal for employees. 2. They are rapidly fire employees if your salary is 5 lpa or more than that you will be fired any time. 3.High politics in some teams some teams tech lead and senior dev are not helpful. Some tech lead do not like new faces in there exsisting project.Even Few seniors are also this type. 4.Some managers are thought you are personal slave of them you have to start your day at 10 a.m. and you have to work 11 p.m. or more than that. 5. After resignation they are not done your full and final setelment. I know some employees they left more than 1 year but they have still some pending amount.
