Hr policies - before joining they only tell you have 5 days work from office, after signing the appoinment letter and after the induction also you don't get the full picture of the policies, you will get to know the policies with the help of co-worker who works for a long time, they have sandwich policy, If you have emergency and texted the hr in teams they won't reply immediatly, they will reply after 3 or 4 days
