Incredible earning potential (for real). Commission structure is simple, no threshold and with average deal size being so big the commission you're able to make is insane. I've been at 4 recruitment firms and this trumps them by a mile. L&D from the CEO is next to none, he spends so much time with everyone one on one to help us all be at top level. Great culture, everyone gets along and from a working perspective everyone helps eachother and grinds hard.
