Not the most technically demanding job, easy to manage the work, good facilities and tech supplied to you. People are generally fine to work with. The engineers really know their stuff.

They don’t really have budget for full time industrial designers, the work is not stable with sometimes 2 weeks of work off and 1 week of 60hrs…. They don’t really have anyone that knows modern industrial design tools. Some people that work here should retire for health reasons, and pass the torch to somebody that might be more capable.

Nice decor and atmosphere . Good industrial designers.

Management not into crossfunctional product development. Too top down. The customer suffers.
